Hi,
In future, would you mind notifying me if you have used my stock images in some way? Just because I like to know where things are being used and put them in my collection. It is a requirement in my terms of use. Also, is this being used on another site OTHER than deviant art?

I apologize, I always make sure to notify stock providers when I use their image. I'm not sure how you were missed. This was made into a layout order on Horseland.com. Credit is on the image. If you'd like, I can show you that version.

Ok,
My rules state very profusely that use of images containing my stock on websites such as horseland and ponybox etc are no longer allowed. It's on all of my stock images in the artist's comments, on my front page, and in my rules journal. Even when credit is given on the image.
Before you use stock on deviantart, you really do need to look over the stock provider's terms of use.

No I've had that rule for a couple of years now. If you have seen this image on horseland then it has been put up there without my permission, and is precisely why I introduced the rule in the first place.

Honestly, I don't make manipulations for that site anymore so you do not have to worry about any problems from me in the future. I'm sorry I missed that, I don't know how because I always look over the rules before I use an image. Thank you for being professional about this and again, I apologize. If you would like, I can see that the image is removed.

If you have a way of asking the current user to remove it then, yes, that would be appreciated. Otherwise, as you inadvertently pointed out in your other comment, people see that the stock has been used in this way and assume that it is alright for them to do so too. Thanks a lot for your understanding.
